Attorney Robert Quillian of Olympia, WA; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented Robert Mason Quillian with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Converted client property to his own use (cheater)
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to maintain check register for trust account
• Failed to reconcile his trust account
• Failed to maintain bank statements, deposit slips and cancelled checks
• Improperly withdrew $3,650 of unearned fees from trust account
• Failed to keep accurate billing records
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
