The state of Washington presented Rodney R. Moody with a law license in 2005.

The Washington State Bar found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to maintain funds in client trust account
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to maintain complete records of all client funds
• Failed to render appropriate accounts to his clients
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Rodney practices at 2825 Colby Avenue in Everett, Washington.
