Attorney Jeffrey Bivens of Seattle; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Washington presented Jeffrey Bivens with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to account for client funds
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Jeff practices at 1001 Fourth Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
