Attorney John Bardelli of Spokane, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented John A. Bardelli with a law license in 1974.

The Washington State Bar found John guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, John failed to notify his clients that opposing counsel had filed a motion for summary judgment in regards to their pending lawsuit. When the trial court granted the motion for summary judgment (dismissal), Johnny failed to tell his clients that their case had been dismissed.

Johnny then filed an appeal of the summary judgment without the clients’ knowledge or permission. Making matters worse, when the Court of Appeals denied the appeal, Johnny never informed his clients about the court’s ruling.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for failing to provide diligent representation and for failing to keep his client informed of the status of their legal matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Johnny practices at 606 North Pines Road in Spokane, Washington
