Attorney Cynthia Cole of Rockwall, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Cynthia Rachelle Wil Cole with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Cindy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed a frivolous lawsuit that she was improper
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Johnnie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Cindy.
