Attorney Jason Arthur of Jonesborough, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided Jason Howard Arthur with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Appalachian University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Requested and received fees and compensation on cases without remitting those fees and compensation to his former employer 
• Wrote false letters to physicians regarding liens

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Jason practices at 132 Boone Street in Jonesborough, Tennessee.
