Attorney Larry Brandon of Murfreesboro, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Larry Douglas Brandon with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with clients
• Failed to advise client of legal consequences of failing to file motion for new trial
• Failed to deposit client funds in escrow account as required
• Neglected client’s legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Larry practices at 20 North Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
