Attorney Rachael Best of Columbia, SC; deadbeat loser

The state of South Carolina presented Rachael Kearse Best with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Rachael guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay annual $110 attorney license fee (deadbeat)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Rachael by gifting her with a complimentary 2-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Rachael practices with Thermal Engineering Corporation in Columbia, South Carolina.
