Attorney Eric Fosmire of Columbia, SC; ethical dwarf

The State of South Carolina presented Eric G. Fosmire with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding scope of representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or any other rules regarding professional misconduct of attorneys

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Eric practices with The Fosmire Law Firm LLC in Columbia, South Carolina.
