Attorney Paul Owen Jr. of Orangeburg, SC; moronic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Paul Winford Owen Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Engaged in frivolous conduct in pursuit of various claims
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Paulie practices with Paul W. Owen Jr. LLC in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
