Attorney Jay Westmoreland of Hilton Head; moronic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Jay Ray Westmoreland with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two clients
• Used information relating to representation of client to the disadvantage of the client
• Acted as an advocate at a trial when he knew he was likely to be called as a witness
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Jay continues to practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
