Attorney Jesse Ruhl of Philadelphia; moron, slacker

The state of Pennsylvania provided Jesse Raymond Ruhl with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client his license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jesse by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Andy.
