Attorney Marc Weinberg of Jenkintown, PA; ethical gremlin 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Marc Alan Weinberg with a law license in 1990.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Marc represented the plaintiff in a personal injury case in the Common Pleas Court of Fulton County. Subsequently, the trial court issued an Order providing, among other things, that the plaintiff’s deposition was to take place within 30 days from the date of the Order and that Marc could not seek to cancel or continue the deposition without the court’s permission. The court further ordered Marc to file an affidavit with supporting documentation within 2 weeks, confirming Marc’s unavailability to attend the two previously scheduled depositions.
Marc cancelled the plaintiff’s deposition the evening before it was scheduled without seeking the court’s permission to so act. Marc also failed to file the affidavit as ordered by the court. Accordingly, defense counsel filed a motion for sanctions. The court then sanctioned Marc $1,000 for his misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Marc practices with Saffren & Weinberg at 815 Greenwood Avenue in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania which is located in Montgomery County.
