The state of Pennsylvania presented William Austin Watkins with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found William guilty of the following misconduct.
 
William’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree
 

William was convicted in Common Pleas Court of the crime of accidents involving personal injury or death and leaving the scene of an accident. He was also convicted of driving under the influence (DUI).
 
William was subsequently sentenced to a thirty-day to one-year term of incarceration and ordered to pay the costs of his prosecution and a $500 fine.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
William’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree

 
William was arrested and later convicted on two (2) separate occasions for driving under the influence (DUI). This was of course William the Boozer’s 3rd DUI conviction in five (5) years.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
William’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  4. Failed to comply with reasonable requests for information from clients
  5. Failed to deposit advance fees and costs into client trust account
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with his 2nd complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2013) William practices at 24 North 7th Street in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
