Attorney William Hathaway of Erie, PA; dimwitted loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented William John Hathaway with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Submitted appellate briefs so inadequate that he failed to properly represent his clients in two cases
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Billy’s defective brief submitted to appellate court deprived the court of any meaningful basis for which to review any of his client’s claims
• Billy failed to cite any legal authority or make any references to the case record in support of his client’s appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Billy practices his brand of law at 1903 West 8^th Street in Erie, Pennsylvania.
