Attorney Kevin Main of Lawrence Township, PA; serial offender

The state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania presented Kevin H. Main with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

As one would suspect this was not Kevin’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary admonition and four (4) suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Failed to file detailed affidavit specifying how a previously disciplined attorney has complied with each provision of the rule and the Supreme Court’s order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.    

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Kevin practices at 98 Franklin Corner Road in Lawrence Township, New Jersey.
