Attorney Charles Pascal Jr. of Leechburg, PA; ethical gnome

The State of Pennsylvania presented Charles Anthony Pascal Jr. with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Ordered to refund $2,500 to former client [victim] Cameron Texter
• Ordered to refund $700 to former client [victim] Toni Smith

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Charlie practices with the Armstrong County Public Defender’s Office at 402 Grant Avenue in Leechburg, Pennsylvania.
