Attorney William Vinsko Jr. of Wilkes Barre, PA; sore loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented William E. Vinsko Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Penn State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania found Billy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while was employed as a city attorney in Wilkes Barre.

• Made disparaging comments about a ruling made against him in a case he handled in federal court
• Appellate court hearing Billy’s appeal by district court judge said he raises “frivolous arguments” and improperly case aspersions on the District Court’s analytical ability”
• Made a statement he knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or  falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Billy practices with Vinsko & Associates PC at 253 South Franklin Street in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
