Attorney Matthew Porsch of Erie, PA; cheating loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Matthew Gerald Porsch with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Matty!)
• Failed to refund unearned fee of $700 to client (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Phil practices with Erie County Public Defender's Office at 1001 State Street in Erie, Pennsylvania.
