Attorney Brian Quinn of Pittsburgh; scofflaw

The state of Pennsylvania presented Brian Scott Quinn with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to file certified statement of compliance with Disciplinary Rules
• Failed to advise law firm he was suspended upon being hired
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him, with a complimentary reprimand.
