Attorney Maribeth Wechsler of Philadelphia; cheerleader for Attorney Misfits

The state of Pennsylvania presented Maribeth Wechsler with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School

In one matter, Maribeth was a member of a Disciplinary Board that voted to reinstate the law license of disgraced attorney William Weiss’s law license. Weiss is an admitted thieving check bouncer who had his license suspended for two years.

Apparently, Maribeth was of the firm belief that Mr. Weiss had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Pennsylvania.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Maribeth practices with Kantrowitz & Phillippi LLC at 1835 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
