Attorney Charles Morrone of Churchville, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Charles William Morrone with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. Charlie also received a law license from Florida in 1994 and Pennsylvania in 1996.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain a bona fide office
• Failed to withdraw representation after charging clients a fee in a bank transaction while at the same time acting as counsel for the Tri-Star banking institution

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 As we speak (ca. October 2017), Charlie practices with Morrone & Salvucci PC at 63 Great Oak Drive in Churchville, Pennsylvania.
