Attorney John Mort of Mifflintown, PA; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented John Klingler Mort with a law license in 1977.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disburse the money to the proper recipients
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Exhibited lack of respect for his professional duties and the disciplinary process

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him, with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective June 2016.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Johnny will again practice at 18 South Main Street in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania beginning in June 2017.
