Attorney Lynn Nichols of Philadelphia; convicted criminal

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lynn Marietta Nichols with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Lynn guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Convicted of criminal mischief

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Lynn by gifting her, with a complimentary 30-month suspension of her law license.
