The state of Pennsylvania provided Eric William Wassel with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owing to client
• Failed to render full accounting of funds received on client’s behalf
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Eric.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Eric practices with the Wassel Law Office at 126 Main Street in Pittston, Pennsylvania.
