Attorney Neil Grover of Harrisburg, PA; moronic loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Neil Anthony Grover with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client inquires for information
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Neil!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Neil practices with the City of Harrisburg Office of the City Solicitor at 10 North 2^nd Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
