Attorney Lawrence Greenberg of Collingdale, PA; convicted felon

 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Lawrence D. Greenberg with a law license in 1967. 
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Lawrence practices at 222 Clifton Avenue in Collingdale, Pennsylvania.
 
Lawrence pleaded guilty to felony bankruptcy fraud for transferring $1.7 million dollars and for personally taking $450,000 after the bankruptcy was filed to pay personal expenses. The bankruptcy filings failed to identify the transfer of the $1.7 million to another corporation.
 
Lawrence was subsequently sentenced to five years in prison, fined $250,000, and ordered to make restitution of $1.7 million and 1,200 hours of community service.
 
Lawrence served two years of his sentence at Allenwood prison, and then was released to serve the remaining three years in a halfway house.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Paul by disbarring him. However, several years later the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court reinstated Lawrence the Convicts law license.

It must be comforting to the folks in the Collingdale area to know that there is yet another convicted felon operating with a law license compliments of the buffoons sitting on the Supreme Court.
