Attorney Kevin Cathcart of Portland, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Kevin L. Cathcart with a law license in 1991

The Oregon State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misrepresented (lied) a material fact to a probate court judge

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Kevin practices with Cathcart Law Office at 135 SE Main Street in Portland, Oregon.
