Attorney Jessica Cain of Newberg, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Jessica S. Cain with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jessica guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee
• Improperly allowed name to be used by firm she wasn’t associated with
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jessica by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Jessica practices with the Cain Law Company PC at 101 East Mountainview Drive in Newberg, Oregon.
