Attorney Amelia Ostholthoff of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Amelia Ostholthoff with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Amelia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect his client's interests
• Knowingly make a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Amelia by gifting her with a complimentary 5-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Amelia practices her so-called brand of law at 621 SW Alder Street in Portland, Oregon.
