Attorney Tony De Alicante of Bend, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon presented Tony F. De Alicante with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly entered into fee agreement with client that contained language prohibiting the client from pursuing a legal malpractice action

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Tony practices with the De Alicante Law Group at 19570 Amber Meadow Drive in Bend, Oregon.
