The State of Oregon presented Arthur B. Lafrance with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Yale University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Improperly discussed matters in pending case with judge
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 
As we speak (ca. January 2019) Art practices at 18217 Delenka Lane in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
