Attorney Thomas McElroy of Portland, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Thomas P. McElroy with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Tommy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Comingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
