Attorney Arthur Stangell of West Linn, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Arthur P. Stangell with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Trevor guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper communication with a party he knew was represented by counsel

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Art’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in the same misconduct as aforementioned

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Art  by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Art practices with Stangell & Stangell at 1800 Blankenship Road in West Linn, Oregon.
