Attorney James Lang of Portland, OR; slacker, loser

The state of Oregon provided James D. Lang with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed in duty to be candid to clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jimmy!)
• Failed in responsibility to act candidly when dealing with opposing counsel
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Jimmy practices 621 SW Morrison Street in Portland, Oregon.
