Attorney Todd Peterson of Portland, OR; selfish loser

The state of Oregon provided Todd Peterson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with party represented by counsel
• Acted intentionally in violating disciplinary rules
• Acted with a selfish motive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (December 2016), Todd practices with the Peterson Law Offices PC at 825 NE 20^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
