Attorney David Aman of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon presented David Stanley Aman with a law license in 1996.

The Oregon State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon being terminated
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Dave practices in Portland, Oregon.
