Attorney Daniel Koenig of Creswell, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Daniel H. Koenig with a law license in 1973.

The Oregon State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to consult with client regarding filing of motion
• Failed to advise client of failure to file notice for review
• Failed to respond to repeated client inquiries
• Failed to withdraw from case when required to do so
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Client was vulnerable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Danny practices in Creswell, Oregon.
