Attorney J. Mark Lawrence of McMinnville, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided J. Mark Lawrence with a law license in 1989.

The Oregon State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly continued representation of client
• Failed to make full disclosures to client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Mark practices with The Lawrence Law Firm at 235 East Third Street in McMinnville, Oregon.
