The state of Ohio presented Charles Walter Fonda with a law  license in 1981 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Cleveland Metro Bar Association found Charlie of the following misconduct.

• Neglected two client cases
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to communicate with clients for more than three (3) years
• Failed to promptly return case files to clients
• Misconduct visited upon vulnerable client
• Failed to return client’s check for court costs when requested
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Janice by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
