Attorney James Vivo of Youngstown, OH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented James with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus.

The Mahoning County Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Jimmy!)
  2. Accepted case he wasn’t competent to handle (Dumbo)
  3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  4. Provided representation without adequate preparation
  5. Engaged in conduct that prejudiced and/or damaged a client
  6. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  7. Failed to seek a client’s lawful objectives through reasonable means
  8. Failed to carry out a contract of employment
  9. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 12-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.

As we speak (ca. October 2013), Jimmy practices with James Vivo Co., LPA at 860 Boardman-Canfield Road in Youngstown, Ohio.
