Attorney Elizabeth Gaba of Columbus, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Elizabeth Nancy Gaba with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Elizabeth guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on her fitness to practice law
  2. Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (crook)
  3. Aided a non-attorney in the unauthorized practice of law
  4. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
  5. Failed to carry out a contract of employment
  6. Failed to register her employment of suspended attorney with Disciplinary Counsel as required
It wasn’t until he client/victims filed ethics complaints against her that Elizabeth return fees to the clients that she never earned.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Elizabeth by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Elizabeth practices at 1231 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio.
