Attorney Beverly Corner of Columbus, OH; ethical goblin, repeater

The state of Ohio presented Beverly J. Corner with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Ohio State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Bev guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bev!)
• Failed to acknowledge her misconduct
• Made false statement to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bev!)
• Falsely stated she didn’t pay filing fees at recorder’s office

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bev’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bev by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bev.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Bev practices with B.J. Corner Unlimited LLC at 1395 East Dublin Granville Road in Columbus, Ohio.
