Attorney John Gold of Hinckley, OH; cheating liar

The state of Ohio presented John Walter Gold with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Improperly provided financial assistance to a client
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to maintain financial records for each client
  • Failed to maintain monthly reconciliation of client accounts
  • Failed to maintain all bank receipts and other records
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to tribunal
  • Pursued a sham/frivolous claim
  • Falsely claimed to be entitled to $51,000 in hourly fees
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Johnny practices with John H. Gold LLC at 1947 Stony Hill Road in Hinckley, Ohio.
