Attorney Michael Goebl of Akron; check bouncer

The state of Ohio presented Michael Joseph Goebl with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel has charged Mike with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Wrote at least 7 checks against insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)
• Failed to appear for scheduled deposition

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mike by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

Because Ohio Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mike was never criminally charged for writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Mike practices with the Goebl Law Office at 190 North Union Street in Akron, Ohio.
