Attorney Barry Savage of Toledo, OH; ethical misfit

The State of Ohio presented Barry Emory Savage with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Toledo Bar Association found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unauthorized communication with represented party
• Attempted to secure information from party he knew had employed counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Barry practices at 500 Madison Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
