Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Acted with dishonest or selfish motive
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary 1-yearsuspension of his law license, which ends on June 14, 2017.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), after Ray’s suspension ends, he will be practicing at 7544 Slate Ridge Road in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus.
