Attorney Melvin Ginsberg of South Euclid, OH; convicted criminal

The state of Ohio presented Melvin Robert Ginsberg with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Melvin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Melvin pled guilty in federal district court and was convicted of conspiracy to impede the collection of income taxes, which was a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Melvin by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Melvin practices with Melvin R. Ginsberg Co. LPA at 14077 Cedar Road in South Euclid, Ohio, which is a suburb of Cleveland.
