Attorney Timothy Camboni of Ashland, OH; convicted abuser

The state of Ohio presented Timothy Warren Camboni with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy and his former girlfriend got into an argument and despite her request to exit the vehicle he proceeded to drive to his residence. At that time a neighbor called police but by the time they arrived she had fled and when contacted by police she stated that Timmy had attacked her.

Initially Timmy was charged with several misdemeanors, but was later indicted on felony counts of abduction and kidnapping and one misdemeanor charge of assault.

Subsequently, Timmy pled guilty and was sentenced to six-months in jail.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.
