Attorney Christopher Becker of Warren, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Christopher Dean Becker with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communication with trial judge
• Wrote a sentencing order on behalf of trial court judge
• Held illegal talks with trial judge at least 4 times re: pending criminal case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Christopher continues to be employed as an assistant Trumbull County Prosecutor in Warren, Ohio.
